- Slightly different from a 'traditional' blog as its contents is usually much less
- Sharing things with the world but very quickly - sort of like twitter
- Good for people to quickly share things that have little spare time
- Really Simple Syndication; is a family of web feed formats that is used to publish regularly updated works i.e. News
- Feed used by people that follow many different social networking sites i.e. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace
- Also used by people who need to keep up with News for some reason - makes it quick and easy
